Outdoor landscape view of an ornate stone gateway leading to a drive lined with stone pillars topped with decorative stone urns containing plants. The arched gateway is flanked with fluted decorative pilasters or columns, with square windows on either side of the main arch, each topped with a decorative entablature. In front of the gateway is a set of simple, low iron railings, with more elaborate wrought iron gates, part gilt, beyond. The lower area is covered with plain metal sheets. An ornate lamp with numerous globe lights hangs from the centre of the arch. In the upper right hand is seen part of another similar lamp. The garden beyond has tall trees which look like poplars.
